Job Description:
 
To be trained to coach, lead and guide the financial planners to perform the duties as follow:
 

• Helping clients to secure their financial future with an integrated financial planning process ranging from wealth preservation, wealth accumulation and wealth distribution
• Advice and plan financially viable packages to cater the needs of the potential customers
• Help identify clients’ cash flow management and insurance needs, and give suitable advice that helps the client protect and build assets
• Prepare suitable financial plans and / or investment plans
• Perform direct sales by conducting sales booth and road shows
• Recruit and motivate subordinate

 
Job Requirements:

• Professional, goal-oriented, innovative and well organised
• Entrepreneurial, confident, outgoing and creative
• Self-disciplined, possess high responsibility and able to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be willing to work flexible hours
• Minimum Diploma and above
• Proactive team player
